Send a little friendship this Christmas

One card. A few heartfelt words. A reminder that someone is thinking of you.

This Christmas, help bring warmth and festive cheer to older people supported by MHA by writing an extra Christmas card. You can take part on your own or with your workplace, school, church or community group. For some older people, Christmas can bring feelings of loneliness and isolation. Receiving a card can be a simple but meaningful way to help someone feel remembered and connected.

How to take part 

1. Get in touch
   Let us know you’d like to take part, whether you’re sending one card or organising a collection.
2. We’ll match you 
   We’ll match you with an MHA care home or community scheme and give you everything you need, including where to send your cards. 
3. Send your Christmas wishes 
   Share a favourite festive memory or tradition, or simply send your warmest wishes for Christmas and the year ahead. Your cards will be shared with the older people at your matched home or scheme.
